IRBManager will transition to an updated platform, OneAegis, on July 1, 2026. OneAegis is developed by the same company that provides IRBManager and will serve as the centralized system for all ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ Compliance Committees, including the IRBs, IBCs, and IACUCs, across both campuses.
Training videos for Biomedical/Clinical IRB submissions are now available at the links below and provide an opportunity to become familiar with the new system before its launch. Current IRBManager users will notice an updated interface, but navigation should be straightforward by following the training materials.
OneAegis will go live on July 1, 2026, and users will be able to log in at the beginning of that day.
Important: If you currently use IRBManager, please do not submit new studies between June 18 and July 5, 2026. During this transition period, amendments, continuing reviews, and other miscellaneous submissions may continue to be submitted through IRBManager as usual.
Any new study submissions entered into IRBManager during this period will not transfer to OneAegis. As a result, studies submitted in IRBManager after June 18 will most likely need to be resubmitted in OneAegis beginning July 6. There is no alternative process available to transfer or process these new study submissions, so please plan accordingly.
