The ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ Model UN Society's premier on-campus activity, ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ United Nations Day, commemorates the creation of the United Nations in 1945. Co-sponsored by the ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ chapter of UNA-USA, UN Day is your opportunity to learn about simulations, conferences and how the United Nations really works.
ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ's UN Day 2026 was an extraordinary success. Students were registered for over 80 countries, representing Christopher Newport University, Hampton University, Norfolk State University, ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ and The College of William and Mary. It was intense and raucous, with weeks of UN debate compressed in a six-hour simulation. Awards went to seven participants—newcomers all.
