Looking for ways to make scheduling easier and keep your course calendars organized? This interactive mini lab will help faculty make the most of the Canvas Calendar while reducing the time spent managing meetings and course schedules.

Following a short workflow demonstration, participants will complete a hands-on sprint focused on Appointment Groups for office hours and student conferences, multi-course calendar views, and syncing Canvas Calendar feeds with Outlook or Google. Faculty will explore ways to create predictable scheduling routines, reduce administrative back-and-forth, and make it easier for students to connect with their instructors.
